At FACE2FACE Skin, we strive to provide high-quality skincare products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our hassle-free return policy.
1. Eligibility:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened or used.
- Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Refunds:

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges:
